Our mission

Created 60 years ago, Agence Pierre Lelong (now APL Packaging) is the ambassador in France of factories producing paper/cardboard/film raw materials for the packaging industry.

After more than 30 years with the founder, Xavier Chambrey took over the company in 2013 and adapted it to the new market constraints to make it a leader in the field.

Today, APL Packaging is a sales platform for 50,000T of raw materials per year, with a (generated) turnover of nearly 60 million €.

APL Packaging is a team, attentive and dedicated, combining a double commercial competence :

• An activity at the service of our “Converters Customers” :
– To meet the needs of French converters by having a complete range of raw materials,
– To offer, through a single commercial contact, access to complementary factories and high quality materials,
– To ensure the daily management of the customer relationship : from the promotion of the products to the management of the orders until their delivery.

• An activity at the service of our “Factories” :
– To search for qualified and committed principals to serve the French market in a long term spirit,
– To promote the available qualities,
– To Sell raw materials to a direct clientele of packaging converters,
– To ensure the technological follow-up allowing to direct the developments tomorrow needs.
